A multi-modal program to address the underlying drivers of nerve pain.

Our neuropathy program combines lab-guided metabolic care, photobiomodulation, PEMF, and lifestyle coaching to support nerve health and reduce burning, tingling, and numbness.

In depth

What Neuropathy Support Program actually does.

Peripheral neuropathy — burning feet, numb hands, pins-and-needles that keep you up at night — is rarely just a nerve problem. It is almost always downstream of something else: blood sugar dysregulation, B12 or folate deficiency, poor circulation, autoimmune activity, medication side effects, or nerve compression. Medications like gabapentin and pregabalin can quiet the symptom, but they do nothing to address why the nerve is unhappy.

Our Neuropathy Support Program was built to find and address those upstream drivers. We start with comprehensive labs and a functional-medicine intake, then design an in-office plan combining Class IV laser, PEMF, EWOT, and — in appropriate cases — nerve-support nutraceuticals. Home tools and coaching keep progress moving between visits.

The goal is not to layer another prescription on top of the ones you already have. The goal is to give your nerves the metabolic and circulatory environment they need to recover — and, whenever possible, help you reduce medications with your prescriber's blessing.

What it's used for

The specific problems Neuropathy Support Program solves for our patients.

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy

The most common driver we see — and the one that responds best when metabolic health is addressed alongside laser and PEMF.

Chemotherapy-induced neuropathy

Persistent burning, numbness, and cold intolerance after cancer treatment.

Idiopathic neuropathy

When your neurologist has ruled out the obvious causes and told you to 'live with it.'

Post-surgical or compression neuropathy

Nerve pain following surgery or a long-standing pinched nerve.

Autoimmune and small-fiber neuropathy

Selected cases with confirmed diagnosis; we coordinate with your specialist.

Why patients choose it

  • Root-cause approach — labs, metabolic health, circulation, and nerve care
  • In-office therapies you cannot get at home: Class IV laser, EWOT, PEMF
  • Home tools and coaching between visits so progress compounds
  • Coordinated with your PCP and neurologist when appropriate
  • Structured 12-week arc with clear reassessment milestones

Evidence & mechanism

Class IV laser and PEMF both have peer-reviewed evidence supporting improved nerve function and reduced pain in peripheral neuropathy. Functional medicine's approach to metabolic drivers — glycemic control, methylation, inflammation — is grounded in well-established biochemistry. The combination is what makes the difference.

Who is a good candidate

You are likely a good candidate if you have burning, tingling, numbness, or nerve pain that has not fully resolved on medication, and you are willing to engage with a 12-week program that includes some lifestyle work. We screen for red flags that require neurology or other specialists.

Our results

Nerves recover when the environment is right.

Most of our neuropathy patients notice symptom changes — better sleep, quieter feet at night, fewer bad days — within the first month. By the end of a 12-week arc, a significant majority report meaningful, sustained improvement and many have reduced their nerve pain medication in coordination with their prescriber.
