Why we're excited

Ready to move better & live better?

If joint pain has been limiting your mobility, slowing you down, or stopping you from doing what you love — we are excited to offer something new.

At Regenerative Medicine of Raynham, we are launching an innovative observational study evaluating a biologic-based approach designed to support the body's natural repair and recovery processes. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with chronic knee, shoulder, hip, or joint pain to participate in a cutting-edge initiative focused on real-world outcomes.

This is more than a procedure — it's a chance to be part of a movement. Patients everywhere are hungry for non-surgical, drug-free options. We're proud to contribute data, outcomes, and patient experiences that may shape the future of biologic joint care.

Many previous observational-study participants at similar clinics have reported:

  • Moving more freely
  • Feeling more confident on their feet
  • Getting back to daily activities with less limitation
  • Improved comfort during walking, standing, or stairs

Individual experiences vary.

Candidacy

Is this study right for you?

If you've been living with chronic knee, shoulder, hip, or joint pain, you know how deeply it affects daily life. This observational study may be a strong fit for individuals who are:

Struggling with chronic pain that's not getting better

Whether it began gradually or after an old injury, months or years of discomfort may make you a good fit to explore a biologic-based option that supports the body's natural repair environment.

Living with conditions commonly associated with joint pain

Osteoarthritis, degenerative joint changes, cartilage loss, rotator cuff strains or tears (non-surgical cases), meniscus or ligament issues, repetitive-use injuries, and old sports injuries. Evaluation is required to confirm eligibility.

Feeling limited by stiffness, weakness, or loss of mobility

Waking up stiff, avoiding stairs, struggling to kneel, squat, lift your arm overhead, or walk long distances — these are common signs of degenerative or chronic joint stress.

Tired of temporary relief — or no relief at all

If medications, cortisone shots, physical therapy, braces, or home treatments haven't produced lasting change, you are not alone.

Hoping to avoid surgery

Surgery can be expensive, invasive, and require long recovery periods. If you've been advised to consider surgery but want to explore additional options first, this study may be a meaningful next step.

Seeking a non-surgical, minimally invasive approach

Biologic applications require little to no downtime and fit easily into a busy lifestyle.

What to expect

A clear, four-step path.

  1. 1

    Comprehensive consultation

You'll meet with our provider to review your symptoms, medical history, and joint function to determine if you qualify.

  2. 2

    Study enrollment & reduced pricing

Eligible candidates receive full details and consent materials. Enrollment is voluntary.

  3. 3

    Biologic application

A quick, minimally invasive procedure performed right here in our Raynham clinic.

  4. 4

    Observation & follow-up

Over the following months we track progress through check-ins, movement assessments, and self-reported outcomes.

Biologics

What are biologic products?

Biologic products are highly specialized materials containing growth factors, structural proteins, and other components that naturally exist in healthy tissue. They are designed to support the body's own processes that keep joints cushioned, lubricated, and functioning at their best.

We use biologic products sourced from Platinum Biologics, known for unmatched quality and advanced processing standards.

These products are not drugs and are not intended to treat or cure disease. Instead, we observe how they may influence joint comfort and mobility in real-world situations.

In depth

What Joint Pain Observational Study actually does.

Our Joint Pain Observational Study tracks real-world outcomes for patients receiving combined regenerative procedures for cartilage-related joint pain. It is not a randomized clinical trial — it is a structured, informed-consent observational protocol designed to measure whether patients get better, by how much, and for how long.

Participants receive a coordinated care plan that combines biologic therapies (such as PRP and A2M), decompression, and structured rehabilitation, with outcome measures collected at baseline, 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months. The point is honest data: we want to know what works, on whom, and for how long.

This is how we keep our practice honest and how we keep pushing regenerative medicine forward for our Raynham community.

How it works

A clear, step-by-step process.

  1. 1
    Application and screening
  2. 2
    Imaging and baseline outcome measures
  3. 3
    Procedure and structured rehab
  4. 4
Outcome tracking at 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months

What it's used for

The specific problems Joint Pain Observational Study solves for our patients.

Mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis

Primary focus, especially in patients who want to preserve the joint.

Hip and shoulder cartilage pain

Selected candidates where imaging supports a regenerative approach.

Post-traumatic joint pain

Chronic pain following an old injury or surgery.

Why patients choose it

  • Structured, transparent outcome tracking
  • Multi-modality plan chosen for your specific joint
  • Regular reassessment at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months
  • Contributes to a growing body of local, real-world evidence

Evidence & mechanism

Observational registries are a well-accepted way to characterize real-world effectiveness of biologic therapies. Our protocol is modeled on published joint-preservation frameworks and uses validated outcome measures such as visual analog pain scales and functional questionnaires.

Who is a good candidate

Adults with cartilage-related joint pain who have not yet had joint replacement, who are willing to complete the follow-up schedule, and who consent to have their de-identified outcome data included in aggregate reporting.

Our results

Real people, real joints, real numbers.

We share aggregate outcomes from the study during your consultation. What we can say honestly today: the participants who complete the full protocol overwhelmingly report meaningful pain reduction and functional improvement at 3- and 6-month follow-up.

6 mo
Structured follow-up window
Validated
Outcome measures at every visit
Transparent
Aggregate results shared with candidates

What to expect

Participants commit to follow-up visits and outcome reporting. We provide a detailed informed-consent process.
